Guthrie

RV Parks:
Cedar Valley Golf RV Park
This park is 30 minutes north of Oklahoma City. Guthrie is a very pretty town - the largest area of buildings on the National Historical register in the US. We had a 50 amp pull-through gravel site. Lots of lawn, and great golf (par 3).  We stayed here while exploring Oklahoma City in the tow car.

Oklahoma City

In the area: Don't miss the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum - it is one of the finest museums in the country. A visit to the Oklahoma City National Memorial is very moving. The Oklahoma State House is the only Capitol Building in the world with a working oil well in the front yard and the dome was only added in 2002. If you are interested, Oklahoma City also is the home of the Softball Hall of Fame.
