Vacation Station
This park has a train-theme, and is a very nice full-service park. It is across the highway from a Super Wal-Mart. Huge cable TV selection, gravel sites with lawn, good cellular service, dog friendly, pool, picnic tables and newspaper box. Very friendly.

St. Ignace/Mackinac Island

KOA in St. Ignace
We used this park as a base for exploring the Upper Peninsula and Mackinac Island. The park has everything you will need, but the hook-ups are a bit confusing on many sites - the electricity is on the passenger side. This is the only campground offering full hook-ups in town. Quiet, pool, good cell service, friendly ravens.
