On the road again

Eugene, Oregon:  It has been too long since we have been on the road! Our first stop is here in Eugene where we will enjoy a two-day track & field event. Next we will head south.

We spent last Wednesday afternoon out by Portland International Airport getting the new Honda CRV wired and plumbed for towing. This was the third time we have been out to Roadmaster to have a car prepared for towing. It is always a similar experience: the guys are friendly, knowledgeable and quick... but it still takes four hours to weld the stuff onto the front of the CRV and work the wiring. No matter - safety first. $900 later, we left with our third (and by far the best) CRV attached to follow our bus everywhere we go.

Let's go!

Sweet wheels for this old lady!

2007 Honda CRV
Of course, I ordered all the bells & whistles: talking GPS, XM satellite radio,
back-up camera, leather, heated seats, sun roof. The 2007 Honda CRV comes
equipped with front and side airbags, steering stabilization and many more
new safety features. Added accessories include the wood trim, running boards
and a rear cargo cover (to hide the golf clubs).
