Lisa goes back to school

We are very sad because Lisa went back to to The George Washington University today. We had such a great month with her - at home with family and friends and here in Florida. I (and Daddy too) will go through major withdrawal - but we will see her again on March 2. Lisa was a good girl to hang in Florida with the 'rents, but she is anxious to get back to her apartment and anxious for Spring term to begin on Tuesday. Even though the election did not have the results she wanted, it is still an exciting time to be in Washington.

After we left the airport, Dave and I drove back to our hotel and watched Lisa's plane take off! Get out your magnifying glasses, folks - Lisa's plane is just directly above the Celebrity Millennium - I circled it in white for you - no kidding... just trust me!  (We have now spoken with Lisa - she is back in Washington, D.C.)

Added later: It is Sunday night and Sunday night is Pizza Night. We headed up the road to a chain called "Hops", somehow assuming a beer place would have pizza. We were wrong. They sent us down the road to an Italian restaurant, but as we were walking to the Italian restaurant we came across a Mom & Pop pizza place. We sat down at a little table outside (in the parking lot of a supermarket) and had a fine pizza pie! Cheese pizza, salads and beers for $14. Such a deal!
