Ginger's Cranberry Mold
A family tradition - it just
isn’t Thanksgiving without this pretty salad!
1 - 3 oz. package raspberry-flavored Jell-O
¾ cup boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 can (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce
1 small can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
Dissolve Jell-O in water, pour in sour cream and whip until well blended, then
add remaining ingredients. Pour into a clear dish (it looks beautiful in a
crystal bowl). Chill overnight.
Serves the entire family.
