Reminder

Now that I have your attention!
It is time for another gentle reminder to have a mammogram. We girls get so
busy, we don't take the time to think of our "girls". Boys reading this
blog post - please remind your co-pilot to schedule an appointment. Remind
your friends and family. We need
to take care of each other.

Apparently our breasts are here for a reason.
Nearly
200,000 women in American will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. Early detection is key
to surviving this disease! Though slightly uncomfortable, a mammogram is
quick, safe and reliable. Call your doctor today and schedule a routine
mammogram screening. If you do not have insurance or cannot afford the test,
talk to your doctor about free programs in your area.
This man is not a doctor, but he played one on TV.
Good enough for me.
Sigh.

Do it for yourownself. Do it for those you love. Do it for
those babies you nursed. Do it for those who love you. Just do it.
Get on it. Get it done and get on down the road. One less thing to worry
about for another year.

It will improve your outlook.
Until my next update, I remain, your friendly correspondent.
